Pete Docherty Druggie

Serial Junkie Pete Docherty has been arrested on suspicion of supplying the drugs that killed 27 year old heiress Robin Whitehead, Docherty attended the police station by APPOINTMENT, why on earth did the police make an appointment for him why wasn’t he arrested at a time of the police’s choosing like all other dealers are.

I really am sick of the preferential treatment celebrity’s get, if you can in fact call Docherty a celebrity in the truest sense, this loser is not famous for his talent but for being the Junkie ex boyfriend of Kate Moss, that and numerous arrests for use and possession of heroin.

In each of his arrests amazingly he always get bail and another chance, in the past he has served jail time, and pleaded guilty many times to possession of crack cocaine heroin, and ketamine,  (the horse tranquilizer) he has also by his own admission worked as a rent boy, this included him robbing his clients as well.

This self destructive behaviour is typical of a addict and I couldn’t care less about Docherty but now his actions have taken the life of a 27 year old girl, it doesn’t matter to me that the girl used drugs anyway, if Docherty hadn’t have supplied her with drugs that day she may well be alive today.

So its time to stop pussyfooting around with this waste of space and hammer him with the full force of the law, murder wont stick but manslaughter might, lets lock him up and throw away the key.

Miaow Miaow ban?

The Government’s official drug advisers will recommend later this month that the “legal high” mephedrone should be banned because of the potential serious risks to public health.

Typical knee jerk reaction from the Government, do they really believe making it illegal will stop people using it?.

Lets look at the evidence, Cocaine Heroin Crack Cannabis etc etc all illegal, yet freely available and more popular than ever, so banning this “drug” which is in fact a plant food will make no difference.

This answer if there is one lies in education, teaching kids the dangers of drugs, one way is  showing  hard hitting anti drug films in schools, there is a company the Government use for their no drinking no smoking campaigns that turn out the most brilliantly terrifying adverts against drink driving and smoking.

Showing the effects on the mind from using these so called legal highs will shock many into not going near them, the after effects can be pretty terrifying, like the footage I saw yesterday of a  14 year old boy going through various stages of terror and paranoia, followed by aggression  shown on sky news, if I had any intention of trying this drug, and I don’t,this would have been enough to deter me.

So forget about gimmicks Gordon we know there is an election coming up, you are not fooling anybody, lets get educating our youngsters to the dangers now.

Jon Venable’s

Jack Straw, the Justice Secretary, was under pressure last night to lift the veil of secrecy over the decision to return one of James Bulger’s killers to custody for breaking the terms of his parole.

He claims that its in the public interest, no it isn’t Venables was released because he was supposed to have been rehabilitated, the Government’s parole system failed, so we have aright to know what has happened.

I understand that Venables has been returned to jail for violence and drugs offences, its believed he is addicted to cocaine and has an explosive temper, there have already been a couple of incidents prior to this latest breach of licence, this one deemed serious enough to return him to jail.

He had previously been in a fight after he saw a man talking to his girlfriend, and on another occasion needed emergency treatment after yet another fight in the street, on that occasion he went to a hospital on Merseyside, though that was a breach of his licence to, Venables is not allowed to enter Merseyside.

Jack Straw made it clear yesterday that the reason for his recall will never be divulged with a heavy emphasis on never, however I believe public interest and concern is so great that the story will eventually come out , already snippets are appearing on the internet.

James Bulgers killers may have only been 10 years old when they committed their awful crime, and according to the law not responsible for their actions, but any human being that can inflict the kind of torture on a 2 year old boy and then kill him like they did should never be freed, like the animals that they are they should remain in cages.

Killer Dogs

People who own vicious so called status dogs like Staffs and Pit bulls will not be allowed to live in Council property, this is the new  initiative being put forward by Harrow Council.

It is an excellent idea in principle and should be adopted nationwide not just by individual Councils, the problem will be enforcing it, the first defence will be the old bug bear “human rights” by taking away somebody’s “loved” pet and companion I’m sure their rights will be infringed somehow.

Councils will find it impossible to evict tenants who keep these dangerous dogs because apart from anything else their own staff will be too frightened to serve the order or enforce the eviction. And the people who keep these dogs are not amenable to suggestion, discussion, or abiding by any law.

Thugs have realised that to carry a knife can lead to a jail sentence of up to 5 years, whereas arming yourself with one of these vicious animals carry’s no punishment , yet they are equally as deadly, and a menace to the public in general as is borne out by the number of attacks in recent years mostly on children.

Drug dealers use them routinely as protection, if you are standing on a street corner selling drugs, you are just as likely to be robbed for the drugs you have,  also its obvious because you are trading you are carrying cash to, that’s why these dogs are a necessity for those in that line of work.

Visit any Council estate around the Country and you will  see gangs of youths standing on street corners with these dogs. these Killer animals are increasingly being used in street robbery’s, it takes a brave man to refuse to hand over his valuables when confronted by one of these snarling beasts.

So though I applaud Harrow Council for having the idea , I’m afraid making it work is going to be impossible.

Akmal Shaikh

Akmal Shaikh faces the death sentence — most likely to be carried out by injection — for having four kilograms (8.8lbs) of heroin when he flew into the western city of Urumqi, in the mainly Muslim Xinjiang region, two years ago.

Calling for mercy, his supporters say that Shaikh, 53, a father of three, has bipolar disorder and should not be held responsible for his actions. China’s Supreme Court turned down his final appeal last week and set December 29 as the date of execution. Shaikh has not been informed of the date and will learn his fate today.

What a load of rubbish that a bi polar condition caused him to smuggle drugs, lots of people suffer from that and don’t smuggle heroin, least of all to a place like China that clearly warns anyone entering their borders that they will be executed for bringing drugs into their Country.

You have to abide by the rules of the Country that you visit, this is not some naive teenage girl duped into transporting drugs, this man knew what he was doing, you can make up to a 1000% profit on your outlay selling Heroin.

The Chinese are right to have such strict laws to control the influx of drugs into their Lands, in Countries where Governments were slow to react to the threat of drugs and I will use Mexico as a example though there are many more, there have been 15000 murders in the last three years, FIFTEEN thousand lives wasted in turf wars fighting for the control of the lucrative drug trade. that is 13 murders a day every day all connected to drugs .

Not all nations problems are as severe but where drugs are a part of a society’s make up  crime is on the increase. Can you imagine what this Country would be like if we had 13 murders a day for 3 years connected to drugs, actually imagine what it would be like if we had 13 murders consecutively for 3 days let alone 3 years  and you see the scale of the problem.

So as terrible as it is to condone the taking of someone's life in this case I have no sympathy with Mr Shaikh and applaud the Chinese for sending a strong message, I wish our leaders were as strong.

Boy George

I am amazed at the fuss at the decision to not allow Boy George to appear in next weeks TV show Celebrity Big Brother.

Mr Justice Bean dismissed the application, saying that an offender serving the non-custodial part of a sentence should not be allowed to “take part in a high-profile television production”.

Lawyers acting for the  musician, whose real name is George O’Dowd, had claimed that the ban was imposed amid fears that the Probation Service would come under attack from the media if he was allowed to take part in the show, which begins on January 3. He was expected to have earned £400,000 for his appearance.

Yesterday there were radio shows that dedicated huge sections of their programme to that decision, most of them that I heard were criticizing the Judge, these people who are backing George today are the same ones spouting of the rest of the year about how weak and ineffectual our justice system is, how there is one law for the rich and one for the poor.

George was not jailed for a traffic offence or non payment of a fine,  or even for using drugs where you could argue that he was only hurting himself.

Have these people have forgotten what it was he was jailed  for. it was for  assaulting and falsely imprisoning Auden Carlsen a male escort that George had hired for the evening, following a trivial argument George chained him to a radiator and beat him with a chain, his ordeal only ended when he managed to escape George did not release him who knows what George had in mind for, this could have ended in more serious injury or worse with  murder.

Imagine the roles reversed and the escort had done the same to Gorge he would have got at least 5 years, so for George to get sentenced to 15 months only was a good result for him and out of that he served only 4 months, and is out on licence until April of 2010, the terms of his licence state that he may not change his address and must be able to be visited by his social worker daily.

As these terms would be violated if he entered the Big Brother house his request was rightly  denied, why should he be treated preferentially because of his celebrity status.

Hats of to Justice Bean for treating George as the criminal that he is.

Gazza

Poor Gazza, it’s tragic to watch Paul Gascoigne self destruct before our eyes but its proving impossible to help him,  numerous spells in rehab and even sectioning have failed to slow his downward spiral.

At this rate he will be dead within a year, at least that is the opinion of  a friend who spent a day with him this week, he started boozing at 11 am and by midnight had reportedly drunk 40 bottles of Stella Artois. Such is his state of mind that he believes he can get back into the England squad for the World cup finals in South Africa next year.

Gascoigne‘s problems seemed to have started when he retired from football he could not cope with the “civilian “ world, football has a discipline that he obviously cannot live without.

From a young age he has been guided by a code of  behaviour rising at a certain time fed a certain diet and had his day mapped out for him, combined with  the physical effort of training, culminating in the adulation of thousands at the weekend chanting his name and singing his praises as they marvelled at his skills.

Women  parties and  more money than he could cope with all these things were in abundance, but when he left the game the hangers on vanished, add to that  an unstable personal life, by now he had married and divorced acrimoniously and was fighting a bitter court battle over a settlement. A combination of all these added to the most important factor, which was no guiding influence, since his early years Paul had always had someone to map out his day and weeks suddenly he was alone.

He coped by hiding behind a false facade built on booze and drugs, he has tried to get help but each time he has slipped back, this latest episode seems to be connected to the death of his “second” father Bobby Robson who died from cancer in July this year, combined with the sad news that his mother has cancer.

I don’t see a good ending here its almost like he does not care if he lives or dies, this draws parallels with George Best who drunk himself into a premature grave, I hope Gascoigne can be saved but my expectations are not high, I would think that unless something dramatic happens this could be his Last chance.

Jackson Murder Theory

Now that results of the toxicology tests are being leaked  it looks as though Propofol  was the reason Michael Jackson suffered his heart attack, the conspiracy theorists will be out in their thousands, expect all manner of outlandish stories in the next few days.

But if we assume just for a second that his death was not accidental and was indeed murder, then let me forward a theory of my own. Ever since these concerts were announced I have had my own doubts as to whether or not they would take place, to perform 50 nights considering  the high tempo dance routines that Jackson performs a man half his age in peak physical fitness would struggle.

It was obvious looking at Jackson who appeared massively underweight at  his last press conference and to many observers under the influence of drugs, that he could not fulfil those dates. So organisers who had already raked on many millions from ticket sales, and hundreds of millions more from selling recording rights, were starting to get worried, but if Jackson died life insurance policies would kick in and take the burden away.

Enter Doctor Conrad Murray who was Jacko’s personal physician and hugely in debt, stories emerging after the singers death show that Dr Murray was living way beyond his means and was not far from bankruptcy. It is said Jackson could not sleep and would be put out with a IV line attached and Propofol drip fed to him throughout the night, with Murray sitting alongside to make sure his vital signs stayed strong. On the night in Question I understand that Jacko awoke and asked an aide for a shot of Demerol, Murray having fallen asleep in a bed alongside Jackson, when this was administered the two medications reacted causing a massive heart seizure.

I wonder if Murray was Paid perhaps by the promoters to let this happen, it would be easy to explain as an accident, after all the man just fell asleep, yes he could be proven negligent but that is a world away from the punishment he would receive for murder. So if I was being mischievous I could claim that Murray murdered Jackson at the request of the promoters, and all of this for money, But I’m not feeling mischievous, so I wont.

Send Her Back

Samantha Orobator is the young British woman convicted in Laos of trying to smuggle 1.5 pounds of heroin out of the country, usually the death penalty is applied in these cases, however in this case because she is pregnant her death sentence has been changed to life imprisonment, Laotian law does not allow pregnant women to be executed.

Yesterday Samantha arrived back in Britain to serve out the remainder of her sentence under the prisoner transfer scheme, this was an agreement recently signed between the two Countries, there was no scheme in place with Laos, it was rushed through especially for this case.

Mark my words It will not be long before this woman is released from jail, some legal loophole will be found to set her free, and it is wrong. The  lady in question  entered into this with her eyes open  she tried to smuggle heroin and got caught,  then amazingly got herself pregnant though she was incarcerated in an all woman jail, this said to avoid the death penalty.

We have enough drug dealers over here already, our jails are full of them, why should we take on the expense of another one when Laos is perfectly capable of looking after her in their jails, if the conditions there are to harsh, well she should have thought of that before she embarked on this venture.

I will be keeping an eye on this story, I  have a feeling wheels are already in motion to secure her release, titbits leaked to the press are casting doubts on her conviction, if she is released this will put into jeopardy our agreements with other Countries for exchanging prisoners. After all why should they trust us not  to release them once they are home,  the prisoner transfer scheme is in place so that convicted felons can serve sentences in their Countries of origin thus making it easier in terms of language spoken, conditions and for family to visit. We are risking this for a Drug dealer.

EU Arrest Warrants

Deborah Dark from Richmond in West London is on the run from the French Judicial system, there is a Europe wide arrest warrant out for her. the 45 year old grandmother is the victim of Europe’s fast track extradition system. Her problems started when she went to Spain to visit her sick father.

On her way home she was arrested at French customs when cannabis was found hidden in her hire car. she was tried and acquitted after 8 months on remand. The alleged crime took place in 1988 when she was 24 years old, Deborah was stopped while driving a hire car home from a holiday in Spain with her 8 year old daughter, customs found cannabis hidden in the car.

Miss Dark claimed at the time that a boyfriend had asked her to hire the car in her name as he had no licence, and she knew nothing of the drugs, the court believed her and she was acquitted. She ended her association with the boyfriend and returned home.  The prosecution appealed her case 2 years later and she was sentenced to 6 years jail in her absence. Neither Miss Dark or her lawyer were made aware of this.

Twenty years later on a holiday to Turkey she was arrested at gunpoint, detained strip searched and handcuffed, only after Interpol conceded there was nothing on their database was she released, only to be arrested again a year later this time in Spain, who after investigation refused to extradite her to France. The warrant is still active. Our own legal system also refuse’s to extradite her.

What a nonsense of a system where  a trial could take place without the defendant or any legal sort of legal representation attending, then once this shambles produced a verdict how could the “guilty” party not be sought out and informed. another example of European law that falls on its face in practise. Our own laws have served us well enough for hundreds of years, the sooner we revert back to them the better.

Soft On Terrorists

The ex public schoolboy Isa Iprahim was convicted yesterday of making an explosive with intent to endanger life, In his flat police found ingredients for concocting a bomb,  detonators and a crude effort at producing a suicide bombers vest. Videos shot on a mobile phone show him experimenting with explosives, when he was arrested his hands and legs were covered in cuts and abrasions consistent with being exposed to explosions. The heroin addict changed his name from Andrew to Isa when he converted to Islam in 2005, and was radicalised listening to the rants of banned preachers like Abu Hamza on the internet. CCTV showed him on a reconnaissance mission to a Bristol shopping centre where he made notes in one referring to a  “ a dense food area full of diners”. police are convinced he planned an attack there. Iprahim was arrested at a Doctors surgery while collecting a prescription for methadone a heroin substitute, he had been on drugs since he was 12.  Though he admitted in court to making explosives he claimed he would not have carried out any attacks, the jury did not believe him and he was found guilty. The judge gave him an indeterminate sentence and said he should serve at least 10 years, Iprahim is 20 years old in ten years he will only be 30 and probably a worse risk than he is now, in the face of all this evidence and a conviction, what a pathetic sentence.  He should have been given life with at  a 30 year recommendation, the only reason this man is not a mass murderer is because he was caught before he could carry out his attack. Once again our judicial system when we need it to send a message lets us down.
