Vanessa Perroncel

Here we go somehow its been decided that John Terry is to escape  punishment over stabbing his best friend in the back and sleeping with his girlfriend,  today’s papers one tabloid in particular have started to demonise the girlfriend the French Lingerie model Vanessa Perroncel.

It is claimed that she has slept with at least five other Chelsea players as well as the England captain, whether this is true or not we don’t know yet, but it also goes on to say that this happened while she was single each time, and that none of these relationships overlapped,  and that Wayne Bridge was aware of this when he started going out with her, all except the Terry affair that was conducted while she was still with Bridge.

None of this exonerates Terry’s disgraceful behaviour, I am not judging him for cheating on his wife, these things happen he isn’t the first to do it and he wont be the last, and Vanessa is a extremely beautiful woman and you can understand how Terry would have been tempted, But, and its a big but , Wayne Bridge was his best friend and it will leave a bad taste, leaving aside personal feelings how could anyone expect Bridge to line up alongside Terry for England and act as if nothing had happened.

How can the rest of the Squad respect a Captain who would treat a friend and team mate so shabbily, Terry is an arrogant bully who we are led to believe recently is not as well loved at the Bridge as it is made out.

This episode will effect the Squad for the World cup I don’t believe it can be forgotten that easily, Terry should be stripped of the Captaincy, he is not man enough to resign, Capello the England manager comes with a reputation as a non nonsense disciplinarian, now is his chance to prove it.

Wayne Bridge

Wayne Bridge has vowed to never play for England again on the back of revelations that John Terry the England Captain has been having an affair with his Girlfriend, along that theme lets hope Terry shags Emile Heskeys girlfriend before the summer.

John Terry Booed

The big question in football for the last couple of days on radio phone in shows has been whether or not John Terry will be booed at Wembley tonight by the England fans.

I believe the answer is yes he will be absolutely slaughtered by the majority of fans, and deservedly so, before people star saying it will be damaging England’s chances by booing him, I say he himself has already damaged our chances by his behaviour, first by sleeping with his teammates ex Vanessa Perroncel, and then by refusing to apologise.

there are those out there that say this is a personal matter and not a football one and the two should be kept separate, to those I say Rubbish, Terry has brought the position of England captain into disrepute, he has disrespected the role, and cheapened the armband.

It is said that there are up to 5 senior squad players that are against Terry even being in the squad, this can only have a negative effect. Craig Bellamy summed it up brilliantly on a sky TV interview after Man City humbled Chhelse4-2 at Stamford Bridge at the weekend, he said “I have no time for him I know what he is like, everybody in football knows what Terry is like of the field”

Wayne Bridge is totally blameless in this affair, yet he is missing the chance to go to the World Cup because of Terry’s actions, I believe Bridge will regret his decision, and I hope he will change his mind, better still somebody breaks Terry’s leg and puts this whole matter to bed.

How desperate was Terry for sex that he could not turn Vanessa down, we are told all the time how footballers have women throwing themselves at them all the time, Terry’s wife should shoulder some of the blame for her husbands behaviour she obviously has no self respect and by continually forgiving him for his cheating ( at least 10 reported times) she has given him the green light to do as he pleases.

So I hope he is booed loudly and consistently tonight,  it wont affect the result, we should comfortably see of Egypt, in what is only a friendly but maybe Terry might get the message and do the decent thing and pull himself out of the squad for South Africa, but the words decent and Terry don’t mix well.

John Terry -Sack Him

I have been saying for ages that John Terry is the wrong man to  lead England, my bias is not because he plays for Chelsea and I am a Manchester Utd fan, but rather the calibre of the man.

Terry it is revealed has been having an affair with the girlfriend of his best friend and England colleague Wayne Bridge, how can he command the respect of his team mates after this revelation, Bridge who is a very popular member of the squad is said to be distraught and is considering his international future.

Why should he consider his future its Terry that should consider his future, an unwritten code between the players indeed all blokes is that you don’t mess with your friends wives/girlfriends Terry has broken that  code in spectacular style,  Bridges girlfriend Vanessa was also the best friend of his own wife Toni.

Whilst I don’t doubt that he is a decent player I have never subscribed to the superstar tag,  Terry became a Superstar overnight by virtue of his wallet due to the ridiculous wages he commands at Chelsea because of the size of Abramovitch’s wallet rather than his ability.

Cast your minds back to the horrendous events of 9/11, Terry's response was to drop his trousers and moon the grieving Americans at Heathrow airport while they waited for news of their loved ones in a VIP area. At the time some called that high jinx, I found it totally unacceptable and that showed me what kind of man he was.

Not surprising what he is like when you look at his family, His father a drug dealer and mother a shoplifter, now I know you cant judge children by the sins of their fathers but Terry has more than enough “form” on his own, he has cheated on his wife many times and was recently in the news for sneaking anybody prepared to stump up ten grand a time to behind the scenes tours of Stamford Bridge (not sure why anyone would pay that amount for that).

According to newspaper reports a lot of  players both at Chelsea and for England are unhappy with Terry’s conduct, it will be interesting to see if Terry plays today or is dropped as I suspect he will be, the Captains armband should be taken of him both at Chelsea and for his Country, in fact I predict he will leave Chelsea at the end of the season, I wont speculate as to where he will end up, because I couldn’t care less.
