Cameron into Number 10

David Cameron has posted a 10 point plan for making Britain Great again, it has been well received  there are some interesting points in there, like freezing council tax for 2 years, making sure our armed forces are as well equipped as their American counterparts, these are just a couple of his promises.

But the real vote winner and guaranteed to propel him into number 10 is the promise to replace the Human rights act with a new British Bill of rights designed to strengthen our traditional British Values.

The Human rights act has been the single biggest mistake this Country has made in recent history, at last it has been recognised as so by someone in a position to do something about it.

Also the Conservatives have promised us a referendum on the Lisbon treaty if it has not been ratified by the time of the general election they will campaign for a no vote.

So get the wife to start picking out new curtains David and book the removal van, you have just booked yourself a stay at number 10.

Amy Houston

A failed asylum-seeker who left a 12-year-old girl to die in a road traffic accident has won the right to remain in this country, Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, 32, had already been banned from driving and was facing deportation when he left Amy Houston dying under the wheels after colliding with her in his black Rover car.

The Kurdish Iraqi, who has since committed further driving offences, was told by a judge in Manchester that he could stay in Britain because, in the six years since the tragedy, he had put down roots, married a British woman and now had two daughters.

Amy was on her way to a record shop to buy the new CD of her favourite group, Busted, when she stepped into the road near her home in Blackburn and into the car’s path.

She was trapped under the vehicle and had to be freed by fire fighters. A police officer drove the ambulance to hospital to allow paramedics to treat the child but she died later that day.

While the rescue operation was under way Mr Ibrahim panicked and fled from the scene. He later confessed to a friend what he had done and gave himself up to police. He served two months of a four-month jail term.

In 2006 he was convicted on a fresh charge of driving while disqualified, the latest in a series of motoring offences.

The UK Border Agency had been anxious to deport Mr Ibrahim at the earliest opportunity, even taking him into the care of a deportation centre.

What planet do our Judges live on, is this really the type of man this Country needs don’t we have enough of our own scum without importing more, so what that he has fathered a couple of kids.

As  usual he is able to stay because of  human rights legislation, appealing on the grounds that deporting him would breach his right to “ respect for family life”

What about little Amy Houston’s human rights.

The sooner we kick this Government out and give David Cameron as he has promised the chance to repel some of these ridiculous laws the better.

Our Joke Government

Twenty percent of all manslaughters and murders  in this Country last year were committed by foreigners, that’s 20 in every 100. and last years total was 371 with the Poles top of the offenders list, closely followed by Lithuanians, Somalian’s and Sri Lankans. And many of those convicted had previous convictions for violent crime in their native Country’s, and most if not all of those convicted were in Britain legally.

How are these people able to waltz in to our Country unchallenged, I could understand if they had sneaked in, which given the way our borders are protected is not to difficult, but no, they are coming in through normal channels.

Other Country’s and I will use the States and Australia as examples make it very difficult to gain entry if you have any conviction, and impossible if you have a conviction for murder or manslaughter, so why do we just roll over and accept anybody.

Well the simple answer is that old bugbear, The Human Rights Act, we are the only Country that adhere to the rules, we have an almost religious devotion to it, and when I say we I of course mean our pathetic excuse for a Government.

Other Nations cherry pick the best bits and blatantly oppose the bits they don’t like, but at least they work in their own national interest unlike our politicians who have no backbone, they have demonstrated this many times, most recently with the Libyan Bomber, I cant imagine any other civilised Country releasing a mass murderer with 270 deaths to his credit after a paltry 8 years in exchange for friendship with a dictator and ultimately oil.

Labour are in power and we cannot do anything about it until next May when Gordon Brown will have no choice but to face the Country in an election. I am happy to state now for the record that Labour will be crushed, completely annihilated at the polls, and it could be many decades before they will be trusted with power again. Lets Pray its not to late to salvage our once great Country.

The Italian Solution

Italy has a new immigration law, and human rights groups are up in arms about it, I don’t see the problem with it, the main crux of the law is that if you enter Italy without a visa or authorization, you will be arrested and fined up to 10,000 Euros, the fine is waived if you agree to leave straight away, for those not willing or unable to pay, the period of detention goes up from Two months to Six months, then a hearing when you will be deported anyway.  Furthermore you cannot rent accommodation or get a job without a visa or authorization. and anyone renting or employing you is committing an offense, and could be jailed for up to 3 years. There is a part of the new law that could do with being omitted, and this is that groups of citizens can patrol their own areas reporting any problems they may come across, these people would be trained by the Government. Naturally there are screams of racism and rights abuses, but I don’t see it that way these people are entering a country illegally that in itself is a criminal act, and with no money and no jobs can only be a burden on Italian society, if these people are genuinely looking for a different or better life why not go through normal channels and apply to enter the country through the front door. We have seen first hand in this country what happens when you have no control of your borders, we have a huge problem with illegal immigrants, of which crime is the most serious, in a recent metropolitan police report a huge percentage of arrests in the early part of the year in London were of foreign nationals. also our resources are stretched, medical care, housing , education, all at bursting point. So what is wrong with having controlled immigration in this country. I propose a border police force to work in hand with the coastguard and other agency’s working to stop illegal traffic, once we have the borders under control then we implement a ban on any further immigration, 10 years would not be unreasonable to give our country time to cope with what we have here already to integrate them into mainstream life,  help with accommodation and jobs where practical, then introduce an orderly system of accepting immigrants again. There is nothing remotely racist in my mind with what I propose just common sense.
